Mr. Cowick went beyond the normal work efforts for a person in his position and he performed exceptionally well with his work crew and all my staff, both security and maintenance. He would see me each day prior to his leaving to provide me an update on where we stoof each day. As a resident menager for a wealthy 93-unit high-rise oceanfront condominium, I found this type of work ethic to be a great asset to me in my being able to keep both the Board of Directors and all the owners informed of where we were on a daily basis during this repainting project.

The painting crew assigned to our building was just as professional. They treated our staff and residents with utmost respect. They all were hard workers and utilized their time on property very well.
The quality of the paint job and caulking was one of the most superb that i have experiences during my 10 years of conodminium management. There was never any equipment left around or a mess left behind. Last but not least, the project commenced on time and finished on time, even taking into consideration a few days downtime due to a tropical storm.
